Practically Home has a 5 business-day lead time on all orders. Custom orders will have their own lead time depending on the scope of the project. 

Printing:

All prints are made to order and are printed in house. The prints are produced using wide-format inkjet printers on a premium, 100% archival matte paper that is heavy with a smooth matte finish. 

Digital Download:

After purchasing a digital download, 5 high res JPG image files (10x8, 14x11, 20x16, 30x20 & 40x3) at 300 dpi will be sent directly to you via email to download and enjoy! Our digital downloads can be printed or used on devices such as the Samsung Frame TV.

All orders are finale. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued. If you have any issues with your order, please contact Practically Home. 

Shipping: Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business-days. All prints are made to order. Tracking numbers for all packages will be provided. 
Please note, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, please contact info@practicallyhomeco.com within 7 days of order receipt. A picture of the damaged product will be requested.

Packaging: Prints are rolled securely in a tube or laying flat in a book envelope depending on size. Original paintings will be wrapped in a beautiful packaging and placed in a book envelope. You will receive a tracking # when your order ships.
